All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Since every item is printed locally and cut by us, there may be slight variances in the product you receive.

If your product arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the damaged product as well as any photos of the packaging if arrived damaged. Please submit all photos within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is found to be our fault or due to shipping damage, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Please contact us at contact@murderteaparty.com with the required photos and a description of the issue.
